">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team as a Nursery Lead Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a profound impact on the lives of young children and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
">Job Description:
">As a Nursery Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing and reflecting on engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
">You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding, while working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, happy and safe environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Hold a recognised UK/overseas childcare qualification">
- Experience working in childcare as a Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Teacher, Preschool Teacher or similar roles">
- Already hold a Skilled Worker visa and be working in the UK">
