Keyholder, Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Keyholder, Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at NEC Software Solutions.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing applications, and managing data with attention to detail. They will also be required to work closely with applicants, system administrators, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via online, telephone, and postal channels.
- Process applications, queries, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with applicants to process information into the Northgate System.
- Undertake eligibility checks with applicants, utilising computerised interfaces for confirmation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and criteria involved in eligibility services.
- Comply with Processing Services Customer Charter when dealing with incoming and outbound calls.
- Complete statistical information as instructed by the Service Manager.
- Provide support regarding system access and usage to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets set by the Service Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience of contact / processing centre working.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Knowledge of service centre processes, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting operational targets.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
