Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sales territories to achieve sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Mentoring and guiding the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Building strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Identifying new sales opportunities and negotiating deals
- Preparing monthly forecasts and reports
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant degree in commercial, business, or engineering
- Proven experience in technical sales management or a similar field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships
