We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at Penumbra. As a key member of our Glasgow City SLS service, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver housing support and facilitate access to services and resources outlined during the support planning process.
- Assume a key role in client support, responsible for the implementation of outcome-focused, person-centered support plans.
- Maintain professional relationships with the individuals you support, as well as collaborate with partners within multidisciplinary teams.
- Consistently uphold a positive reputation for Penumbra mental health services.
Requirements
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle to fulfil the requirements of this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
