Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer

VIQU Limited is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and maintenance on-site for clients, working in a hybrid environment that combines office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for clients
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in a 2nd Line IT support role
  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting multiple sites/businesses
  • Strong IT skills, with a keen interest in technology
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Full UK driving license with access to personal transportation
