Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lecturer to join our School of Arts & Creative Industries at Maxion Research. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth of our research activity while teaching and mentoring students.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position (22.2 hours) with a salary range of £42,632 - £55,295 pro rata. You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance of learning and teaching. Additionally, you will engage in scholarly activities, consultancy, and external liaison as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a good honours degree and higher degree in Art Psychotherapy or a related field. Significant practical and research experience are essential, along with excellent theoretical understanding of Art Psychotherapy. You should be able to demonstrate strong academic experience of course leadership, curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance of learning and teaching. Postgraduate supervision experience is also desirable.
