Financial Planning and Investment Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrator to join our services team at ReQuire Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and efficient support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and paraplanners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of business projects, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Stay up-to-date with our core values, products, and services, ensuring that you can effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  5. Participate in business projects, utilizing your creativity and initiative to drive results.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  2. Knowledge of investment products, such as ISAs, pensions, or bonds.
  3. Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships and data.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
