About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join our school in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children
  • Focus on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths and improving their weaknesses
  • Keep track of children's progress and report back to parents

Requirements:

  • A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
  • Experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs exams
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
