Horizon Teachers is working with a SEMH school in North London who are seeking an experienced English Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching English to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

This long-term position offers the chance for a committed English Teacher to contribute to students' English Language and Literature skills. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in SEN/SEMH or PRU settings, as they will be working with vulnerable students.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching English, ideally at KS3 and KS4
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for developing students' creative abilities
  • A background of teaching in a SEND setting (APR, PRU)
