Electrical Control Systems Engineer - Aerospace

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical control systems for aerospace applications. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience working with safety-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical oversight for suppliers of sensors, effectors, and avionic systems.
  2. Lead electrical/electronic R&D for new technologies within the various control system projects.
  3. Act as a Certification Verification Engineer for electrical systems.
  4. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of electrical engineering tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in safety-critical systems.
  2. Proven leadership in electrical design for aerospace systems.
  3. Familiarity with DO-160, DO-254, and ARP4754A standards.
Desired Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  2. Experience with DOORS requirements management tool.
  3. Understanding of avionics communication buses, EMI/HIRF effects, and electrical systems for de-icing and propeller control.
