Senior Sous Chef - Spanish Fine Dining

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end Spanish restaurant in London. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, creating Mediterranean high-end dishes with a Spanish influence. You will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen is ready for service, stepping in to assist sections that require extra support, and performing all standard senior sous chef duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the Head Chef in the creation of Mediterranean high-end dishes with a Spanish influence
- Ensure the kitchen is ready for service, including setting up stations and preparing ingredients
- Step in to assist sections that require extra support, such as expediting or plating
- Perform all standard senior sous chef duties, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

**Chef De Partie Role**

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running a section in the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirements**

- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie in a high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and Spanish cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
