Clinical Advisors at Sonderwell play a pivotal role in delivering complex care services to those in need. As a Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for managing care packages in your area, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client-Centred Service Delivery: Deliver personalised client-centred service outcomes, carrying out care assessments and writing care plans that meet the needs of each individual.
  2. Professional Development: Maintain your own professional skills and undertake required training and development to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest best practices.
  3. Care Team Management: Motivate and manage your nursing and care team, embedding the company's values and behaviours to ensure a culture of pride in their work.
  4. Quality Standards: Oversee the development and implementation of rotas, ensuring that field staff are adequately trained, assessed, and signed off as competent prior to lone working.
About You

This role would suit someone looking to combine clinical nursing skills with coaching and management of people and services. Experience in community care is ideal, and you will be happy working with both adults and paediatric care. Training will be provided where necessary.

As a Clinical Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with care packages in your area, developing individualised care plans that meet the needs of each client. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting field-based care support workers and nurses, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
