Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client projects on time, to budget, and to the highest quality, ensuring client and team satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team and agency Project Management forum to develop clear and consistent methodologies across the agency.
  • Work with Programme Management and Traffic to ensure all project work is planned and processes are streamlined with forward planning.
  • Partner with the Operations team to equip client teams to report on client financials.
  • Work with Client Partners to ensure clients are on correct rate cards and within contract.
