A Day in the Life

You will provide safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services. This will include direct-to-patient support as well as support for Medtronic personnel and healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical queries using troubleshooting tools and ensure all details are recorded within our CRM database.
  • Exceed customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiries while striving for first contact resolution.
  • Responsibilities may include therapy and product knowledge, call management, troubleshooting, quality management, and other duties may be assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurised situations.
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM system.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and navigate between programs to access customer data and input text while providing real-time care instructions.

Salary and Benefits
