Job Title: Empathy Movement Leader

About the Role:

Ashoka is seeking an exceptional Empathy Movement Leader to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of changemaking in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote conscious empathy and changemaking skills among young people in Europe.
  • Collaborate with Ashoka's global network to leverage best practices and expertise in changemaking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and community leaders.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to become effective changemakers.
  • Contribute to the development of Ashoka's global strategy and policies related to changemaking and conscious empathy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field of social entrepreneurship or education.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to promote social change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of conscious empathy and changemaking in creating positive social impact.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
