Empathy Movement Leader

Ashoka is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the Empathy Movement in Europe, focusing on early childhood and mastering the foundational skill of changemaking, conscious empathy.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, guiding a system change to at least a national level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy to unleash demand for changemaking skills in Europe
  • Collaborate with the Youth Years Leader and Framework Change Leader to guide Ashoka Europe
  • Form strategic partnerships with influential organizations to prioritize changemaking
  • Advance place-based models to cultivate changemakers
Requirements
  • Strong track record in shaping parenting practices and early education
  • Experience in forming strategic partnerships with ministries of education, public school systems, and other influential organizations
  • Ability to drive system change and cultivate changemakers
What We Offer
  • Estimated annual gross salary of £95,000-£115,000
  • Compensation package, including a 10% annual discretionary performance bonus
  • Equity bonus: USD $33,000 (gross)
