We are seeking a skilled Plumber to support our technical requirements for various clients on commercial sites in the Midlands.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial fault finding and rectification, with comprehensive knowledge of most Drainage systems.
  • Strong Paperwork skills and a strong ability for Customer Service are essential.
  • The Plumber will have responsibility to carry out Planned Maintenance and reactive breakdowns, maintaining, servicing and repairing various types of Water systems as well as Drainage systems on site.
  • Possess comprehensive technical skills and extensive experience in commercial plumbing.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • C&G:6035 Level 3 / NVQ Level3 Diploma in Plumbing studies.
  • BPEC Water Supply (Water fittings) Regs:1999.
  • MEWP. - IPAF 3a/3b
  • Fabric maintenance qualifications
  • IPAF 1b (Spider)
  • Legionella / L8 Qualification
  • Driving License
  • Vaccinated
