About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our Property Care Team in Stroud. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, including damp and mould treatment, wall and floor tiling, glazing, and minor joinery works. You will also have the opportunity to provide our out-of-hours service and occasional overtime working.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the construction and maintenance industry, with experience in identifying defects, completing remedial repair works, and managing vehicle material stock. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

This is a permanent position based on a 37-hour contract, offering a competitive salary range estimated at £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
