Salary
£450-500 per week, providing a competitive income for the right candidate.

About the Role
The successful applicant will work closely with senior English teachers to deliver engaging lessons and offer individualised support to students to boost their English grades. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about literature and language and want to inspire students to excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with senior English teachers to develop and deliver effective lesson plans
- Provide one-to-one support to students to enhance their English skills
- Foster a love of literature and language among students, encouraging them to reach their full potential
- Contribute to the creation of teaching materials that support student progress with English

Requirements
- A 2:1 or higher degree in English from a Russell Group University
- Strong A-level results, preferably in English or related subjects (e.g. Humanities)
- Experience working with children is highly desirable, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching
