Are you a driven graduate looking to make a positive impact in education? We are seeking a Russell Group Graduate Learning Mentor to join our team at Aspire People. This exciting opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience working with students and progress towards a career as a teacher.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree from a Russell Group university, preferably in Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Geography or History. Previous experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education are essential.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £25k to £29k, dependent on experience. Our school provides ongoing support from the SLT and professional development opportunities, making this an ideal role for those looking to start their teaching career.
