About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at BIP UK. As a key member of our Business Change Practice, you will play a critical role in leading and shaping the people side of transformation with our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of new organisational structures and change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver business change solutions, including organisational change, culture change, and behavioural change.
  • Conduct analysis of current change maturity and identify areas for improvement, building change maturity and capabilities.
  • Develop and implement change management frameworks, including communication, engagement, training, and coaching to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Work with colleagues to define and deliver projects, including understanding and interpretation of information, project planning, and risk management.
  • Identify change sponsors, create sponsorship plans, and provide change coaching to managers and supervisors.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness, provide input on training and guidance, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Manage significant process, systems, and organisational change, including staff management and successful implementation of radical and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Change Manager in a management consultancy firm or internal transformation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of business storytelling, commercial narrative, and business development.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to manage and navigate financial decision-making and problem-solving.
