Job Description:

The Wayman Group is seeking a skilled and passionate educator to fill the position of Progressive Year 6 Educator. This role involves teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum, promoting student well-being, and enhancing the overall educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum, utilizing innovative teaching methods and materials.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience, share best practices, and support the development of staff.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified teacher status, PGCE, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students and preparing them for SATs exams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Salary and Benefits:

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, professional development opportunities, and access to modern facilities.
