About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Typhoon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary firm, you will be responsible for delivering high-end building projects in Central London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying and construction management, with experience working with building contractors, local authorities, healthcare, education, residential, heritage/conservation, and commercial sectors. You will also possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as sound knowledge of building construction surveying principles.

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive benefits such as electric car scheme, pension, profit-related bonus scheme, team-building days, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and birthdays off.

Job Overview:

  • Deliver high-end building projects in Central London
  • Work with building contractors, local authorities, healthcare, education, residential, heritage/conservation, and commercial sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Professional surveying or construction management qualification
  • Relevant experience in building surveying or construction management
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of building construction surveying principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
