Job Title: TCG E-commerce Key Account Manager

At The Pokémon Company International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TCG E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the growth of our Pokémon Trading Card Game products with Spanish E-Commerce retailers, with a focus on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a yearly business plan for our account on Amazon Spain, aligning with our sales objectives.
  • Work closely with Amazon Spain to provide them with the latest information on Pokémon TCG products, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the visibility of our PTCG products online, using sales data, market insights, and best practices in accordance with Amazon tools and promotional calendars.
  • Participate in yearly discussions for the renewal of trade terms, collaborating with our Senior E-Commerce Sales Manager.
  • Monitor key Amazon metrics (sell-through, traffic, conversion rate, etc.) on our PTCG products and implement actions to improve them.
  • Make recommendations internally for stock production on new releases and possible re-prints.
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend initiatives to address any issues and ensure maximum availability.
  • Collaborate with our Media agency to execute Amazon Search Campaigns and develop full-funnel advertising strategies.
  • Work closely with our TCG Logistics team to troubleshoot any fulfillment issues.
  • Collaborate with our TCG Merchandising Managers to ensure content alignment with sales objectives.
  • Work with our Finance team to process monthly Amazon allowances invoices.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing teams to maximize visibility opportunities.
  • Present to internal teams and other retailers about e-commerce initiatives and best practices from time to time.
  • Work closely with our Senior Sales Manager, Regional TCG Sales - Spain, to align on overarching goals for the region.
  • Opportunity to support and grow other e-platforms within the region.
  • Conduct constant market analysis, including sales performance, competitor activities, TV, online, social, and digital exposure, to evaluate brand/market performance.
Requirements:
  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Experience with Amazon, their Vendor Central portal, and knowledge of their key metrics.
  • Highly analytical and able to quickly understand complex data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Fluent in another European language is a plus.
