Customer Service Co-ordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity in the logistics and transportation industry, based in Birkenhead, Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information and order processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Lead order book reviews with customers
  • Attend the daily production meeting, representing the customer's voice
  • Liaise with customers for re-scheduling orders, delivery cancellations, and other related tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills
