About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including enteral feeding, medication administration, and physiotherapy
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the clinical team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field
