About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to provide support for our Telent Rail business operating within the UK wide rail environment.
Key responsibilities include developing, implementing and overseeing environmental health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities and practices are in compliance with regulations.
- Developing and Implementing EHS Programs: Develops, implements and oversees the business unit's environmental health and safety programs and procedures.
- Liaison with Suppliers: Liaises with suppliers to ensure the effective assurance of supply chain and the definition of standards required for approval and retention of key suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Management of Project EHS Requirements: Manages project EHS requirements and resources.
