We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital team at Reed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SEO, particularly within a marketing agency setting, who is adept at targeting the right B2B customers and improving website content and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to accurately target B2B audiences and improve website visibility.
  • Perform robust technical SEO analysis to diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring website performance and user experience.
  • Work with large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel and utilize a range of analytics software, including Data Studio and Google Analytics 4, to inform SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to gather data and insights to inform SEO strategies and optimize content.
  • Engage in user intent analysis and work with the Content team to deliver optimised, high-performing content that meets business objectives.
  • Oversee and contribute to SEO projects that may span multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Present findings and strategies to stakeholders within client organisations, effectively communicating SEO recommendations.
  • Assist with website migration projects, ensuring SEO considerations are managed effectively to minimize disruption.
Requirements:
  • At least 2.5-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment, with a strong understanding of global SEO considerations.
  • Experience with migrating complex, large-domain websites, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal impact on SEO performance.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including proficiency in working with large data sets and analytics software.
  • Skilled in user intent analysis and content optimisation, with the ability to present findings and strategies to stakeholders.
