About Us: We are a growing practice in Winchester seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team. Our practice has a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential and heritage projects, and we are looking for someone with a passion for classical and traditional architecture.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Part II Architectural Assistant to work on bespoke, high-end residential and heritage projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects, and will be able to work across all RIBA stages with an initial focus on stage 4 through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on bespoke, high-end residential and heritage projects
  • Develop detailed hand drawings and produce high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Carry out project research and report to the Project Architects on project progress
  • Speak with and deal with clients, including site visits and surveys

Requirements:

  • Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects
  • Must be Part II qualified and have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience PQE
  • Experience in stage 4 onwards would be essential
  • Must have relevant UK project experience
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture
  • Strong flair for design and strong technical knowledge and skills
