The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar and Waiting Assistant. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside others who prioritize our guests and support each other. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working in all areas of the restaurant, and preparing hot and cold drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and relaxed yet professional manner
- Work in all areas of the restaurant, including the bar and kitchen
- Prepare hot and cold drinks, including coffee and cocktails
- Continually build upon company and product knowledge to provide excellent guest experiences
- Participate in team tasting sessions to stay up-to-date on our menus and products
- Keep the area you're responsible for clean, tidy, and organized
- Take care of guests' billing and provide accurate and efficient service
- Support new team members with their training and development
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional guest experiences
