About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Assistant. As a key member of our Guest Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the smooth operation of the Guest Services department, including checking in guests, making holiday bookings, and liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for our Holiday Home Owners, providing them with information and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
