About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Data to join our team at Estuary Housing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading the development of our Data Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Estuary Housing remains at the forefront of data-driven innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools.
