**Job Description**

As a Senior Commercial Partnership Manager at Motorsport-Total GmbH, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational fulfillment of key commercial partners in our racing portfolio. Your goal will be to fully leverage and maximise contractual rights, while creating and maintaining long-term individual and company relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships
  • Focusing on managing the day-to-day delivery and future planning of commercial partner accounts
  • Based at the McLaren Technology Centre, Woking, Surrey, UK, with some travel within the UK and internationally required

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns. Strong planning and organisation skills are essential, as well as experience reporting proactively to immediate managers and business as needed.
