We are seeking an experienced IT Audit and Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Together. As an IT Audit and Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the Group Technology Services (GTS) engagement with Internal and External Audit, and providing Quality Assurance across all key IT controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the GTS engagement with Internal and External Audit, and provide Quality Assurance across all key IT controls
• Be responsible for GTS Internal Audits, including Change Control audits, and assure policy and technical compliance at all times
• Maintain all Risk and Audit process, procedures, and policy documents, and ensure they are optimized and lead
• Lead the provision of all risk and audit-related reporting, and support the production of Risk and Audit governance and reporting, ensuring data is accurate and reports are produced to the agreed standards and timeline
• Support with SMCR documents and reporting
• Drive efficiencies within GTS by providing training and understanding of Risk and how it impacts all colleagues
Requirements
• IT Audit experience, including managing corrective action plans
• Experience of working in a highly regulated environment, ideally the Financial Services industry
• Understanding of SMCR conduct rules
• Relevant qualification, such as IIA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, or CISA
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to constructively challenge where appropriate
• Motivated, self-driven individual, capable of working on own initiative
