Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Lush Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering unparalleled customer service and experiences. You will also be responsible for building strong connections within your local community, with other businesses, and with charity organizations and campaigning groups.
Your primary focus will be on creating and executing "top box" goals for both the store and your team. You will constantly evaluate progress towards these goals and shape the team structure to optimize performance. Our working style is flexible, fluid, supportive, and authentic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a customer-centric team through training, consistent feedback, and leading by example.
- Lead a management team to help achieve the store's top-box goals.
- Delegate to your management team to achieve the needs of the customer and the store.
- Manage the finances of your store, from setting an annual budget to driving sales and effectively controlling staffing levels and stock with customers in mind.
- Maintain a beautiful store with effective merchandising, high standards of cleanliness, and strong stock management that enhance the customers' experience in your store.
- Network with your local community to enhance your customers' experience when they come into your store.
- Develop yourself as a manager by utilizing training budgets, traveling to work with other stores, and working closely with your colleagues around the business.
Requirements
- Able to navigate difficult conversations, set and manage expectations, and support your management team.
- Strong verbal communication skills to share business messages throughout the store, as well as working with your retailers and surrounding stores.
