Project People is a leading organization seeking a skilled Contracts and Category Manager to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's success.

Job Overview:
This is a newly created position that provides a chance to make a significant impact on the company's procurement and contract management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, supplier relations, and data analysis. They will be responsible for overseeing contract fundamentals, attending operational meetings, analyzing and presenting data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and proactively reviewing contracts and services to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and present data to support high-level reporting and strategic decisions, providing insights that drive positive change within the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service line owners, fostering collaborative environments that promote open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, implementing changes that benefit the company as a whole.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance the company's contract management capabilities.


About You:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement and strategic partnerships. Previous experience in telecoms or estates property management across multiple disciplines would be highly valued. A strong background in contract management, supplier relations, and data analysis is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous holiday allowance and bonus scheme. Our company culture values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth, providing opportunities for career advancement and personal development.

Salary Estimate:$90,000 per annum based on national averages.
