Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £100-135k basic + executive scheme management bonus + benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Technology Transformation Lead to join our team at Bramwith Consulting. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading and transforming our technology strategy, managing our technology team, and driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the technology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions
  • Develop and implement a technology transformation strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Architect to design and implement new technology solutions
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the team's skills and expertise are aligned with the company's needs
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure the company remains best in class for technology

Requirements:

  • 10 years+ commercial experience in software development, with 5 years+ experience managing Development Teams
  • Strong C# development background and experience working on Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading technology transformations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align technology with business objectives
