Job Title: Trading Software Development Manager

Join our team as a Trading Software Development Manager and take on a challenging role that combines technology leadership and software development expertise. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for managing our technology team and driving the transformation of our technology infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Lead the technology team and drive the transformation of our technology infrastructure
  • Manage the development of our trading software and ensure it meets the needs of our business
  • Collaborate with our Solutions Architect to develop and implement technology strategies
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure the team has the skills and expertise needed to deliver our technology vision
  • Work closely with our executive team to ensure our technology strategy aligns with our business goals

About You:

  • Strong technical expertise in C# and experience working with Microsoft Azure
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing development teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation and transformation
