About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injury and neurological conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assist with domestic tasks and social activities
* Utilize driving skills to support clients' active lifestyles
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Kind and caring nature
* Flexibility and reliability
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
