About the Role
  • This is a full-time, paid position with a start date of ASAP
  • You will be based in Bedfordshire and will work alongside experienced educators
  • The role involves supporting classroom teachers and helping manage learning activities
What You'll Do
  • Support classroom teachers and help manage learning activities
  • Work with students in small groups or 1:1 to boost their progress
  • Assist with lesson planning, behaviour management, and classroom organisation
  • Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced educators
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as fully-funded PGCE and career development opportunities.
