We have an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to train as a Teaching Assistant or High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) while studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Our programme is designed to provide hands-on experience in the classroom, preparing you for a rewarding teaching career.
As a Teaching Assistant or HLTA, you will support experienced teachers, assist with lesson planning, and work closely with students to boost their progress. You will also receive ongoing training and mentoring from our experienced educators, ensuring you are well-equipped for your future role.
Our programme offers a competitive salary of £22,500 per annum, plus the opportunity to gain a fully-funded PGCE qualification. This comprehensive package provides a clear path to becoming a qualified teacher, with opportunities for career development and potential permanent teaching roles.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, possess strong communication skills, and are team players. No formal teaching experience is required, as we provide training and support throughout the programme.
