Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at TeacherActive. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, working with clients to identify their needs, and filling vacancies within an agreed timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:- Business development and client relationship management
- Identifying and filling short-term, long-term, and permanent vacancies
- Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure quick reaction to client needs
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients to build excellent relationships
- Staying up-to-date with industry news and changes to legislation
- Previous sales experience or target-focused role
- Drive, determination, and motivation
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Confident, positive, and resilient personality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Competitive salary with uncapped commission
