Your new role as a Recruitment Administrator at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited will see you being responsible for a variety of tasks. You will provide an efficient, proactive and professional internal recruitment service, supporting the organisation in their onboarding process of new employees, ensuring that the process is smooth and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Perform pre-employment checks and produce recruitment documents
- Support the organisation in their onboarding process of new employees
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Developed administration experience, prior knowledge and understanding of pre-employment checks in a regulated environment
- Experience of recruitment and producing recruitment documentation
- Strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office package
- Proactive individual, capable of managing their own workload
