About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

You will create personalized care plans, develop and implement tailored nursing strategies, and ensure the safe administration of medicines. Your clinical expertise and professionalism will be essential in making critical decisions that impact the lives of our residents.

In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each individual. Your dedication, empathy, and strong communication skills will enable you to build trusting relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Administer medications safely and effectively
  • Provide wound care and management
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current NMC registration
  • A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
