">This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive community team as a Healthcare Support Worker. The role involves providing care and support to patients in their own homes, working closely with registered practitioners to deliver high-quality nursing and rehabilitative care.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience as a rehabilitation or care assistant in a healthcare environment, with evidence of delivering care/rehabilitation delegated from a range of registered professionals, particularly nursing and therapy.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to working within a generic competency framework, enabling them to develop the skills required to work as a valued member of the team. As a key member of our mixed professional team, you will be responsible for performing a range of clinical nursing skills, including skin care, vital signs, and wound care.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a supporting role to registered practitioners in the delivery of nursing and rehabilitative care.
- To perform a range of clinical nursing skills, including skin care, vital signs, and wound care.
- To assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating programmes of care and rehabilitation prescribed by registered practitioners.
