Family Support Specialist

Job Summary:
iPeople Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to work in the Wood Green area of London. This role involves providing direct support to children, young people, and their families as part of the Localities Service.
The day-to-day management of this post will be handled by the Early Help and Prevention Service within Children's Services. You will work closely with colleagues from various agencies, including Family Support Service, Health, Education, Youth Justice, Social Care, and Youth Service, to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting families with complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide effective family support to children, young people, and their families
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement support plans
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to family support
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, youth work)
- Proven experience in family support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (£26.50 - £30.10 per hour based on 37 hours per week)
