About the Role
Adam Hayes Estate Agents is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the management of properties, ensuring seamless interactions between landlords and tenants.
You will handle day-to-day property-related tasks, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to maintaining high standards of property care.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage property-related queries and issues efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections and check-outs
- Coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with regulations, such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
- Resolve deposit disputes and handle tenancy paperwork
- Support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

Essential Skills
- Previous property management experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- An interest in the lettings industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with evolving legislation.
