About the Role:

  • As a Senior Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our care team to provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, mealtimes, and identifying unique goals for personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help residents remain as active and independent as possible.
  • Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
  • Identify residents' unique goals and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities.
