Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop membership categories and pathways within the product team.
  • Manage a variety of product managers and ensure the portfolio of products aligns with the membership offering and long-term strategy.
  • Cross-collaborate with internal teams to manage product performance and define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Analyse market trends and membership objectives to inform product decisions.
  • Support member recognition agreements, professional standards, and membership proposition development.
  • Use data-driven metrics to improve product performance and growth.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, and track performance and financial reports for the team.

Leadership Qualities:

  • Inspire product managers to evolve membership products.
  • Be responsible for budgets, risks, operational team performance, and shifting team culture to a commercial mindset.
  • Represent the organisation externally.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and membership objectives.
  • Experience in product development and management.
