Financial Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Control Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Credit Management: Organize and maintain customer credit applications, ensuring timely completion and submission.
- Payment Processing: Monitor customer accounts, chase outstanding invoices, and perform all billing activities to strict deadlines.
- Collection Performance: Achieve and maintain collection performance against targets, through proactive chasing, positive communication, and timely delivery of invoices for payment.
- Financial Analysis: Regularly review ledgers with the team leader to track current outstanding debt.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of simple financial concepts, including invoices, credits, and payments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Word, with ability to learn relevant systems and programs.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of GBP26k + Bonus, plus a range of additional benefits.
